Course Description
This is an interactive and practical hands-on training session combining theory with practical project management application. The content is carefully planned to suit charities, non-governmental organisations, Not for Profit organisations, Community Interest Groups etc. This training course gives you the basic tools you need to prepare for grant/funding applications, planning your projects through to execution and handover.

Course mode and duration
1 day – classroom
1 day – online
Face to Face
Face to face classroom courses is delivered at one of our dedicated venues by an experienced Tutor. This can also be delivered as an in-house training at a venue of your choice if booked as a group.
Virtual Classroom (Tutor led)
This course is delivered online using a virtual communication system like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The difference between this and an online classroom is that you can join this course from any location.
In house (online, classroom)
We can customise the Project Fundamentals Qualification training for any group or organisation. The training can be delivered to your group either online or in a classroom.

Your understanding will be assessed internally during the course. Templates for practical application of project management concepts will be used to assess your understanding.
