This training offers Project Sponsors, Executives, Leaders who are accountable for leading and governing projects. The course provides insight into the role the sponsor plays in successful project delivery. The course is delivered as a mixture of theory and practical application sessions.

Face to Face

Face to face classroom courses is delivered at one of our dedicated venues by an experienced Tutor. This can also be delivered as an in-house training at a venue of your choice if booked as a group.

Virtual Classroom (Tutor led)

This course is delivered online using a virtual communication system like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The difference between this and an online classroom is that you can join this course from any location.

In house (online, classroom)

We can customise the Project Fundamentals Qualification training for any group or organisation. The training can be delivered to your group either online or in a classroom.

Your understanding will be assessed internally during the training to make sure you have fully understood the concepts of project management. Templates will be used to test your understanding of project management concepts and processes.
